The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Sales Agreement between SULIS LIFE, the trade and the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

BASIC INFORMATION

In terms of these terms of purchase, the buyer is a natural person who orders or pays for the service of product delivery through the website sulislife.com (hereinafter: web shop, SULIS LIFE or seller).
A customer is considered to be any person who orders at least one product, fills in the required information and pays for the ordered product. The recipient is considered to be the person to whom the product is delivered, and is different from the customer’s person.

SELLER / TRADE INTERMEDIARY / SERVICE PROVIDER

The seller / intermediary in the trade and the service provider is: SULIS LIFE, trade for trade, at the address Rudeška cesta 150, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 33993435215, IBAN: HR8924020061140371942 (hereinafter the Seller).

BUSINESS ABILITY

By accepting the Terms of Business, the Buyer declares that all information provided about himself is true and complete, that he is capable of doing business and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing products from the Seller, ie to purchase through the web shop.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

By visiting and using the Sulis Life web shop, you accept electronic communication. You hereby accept that all agreements, notices, communications and other content provided to you electronically meet the legal framework as if they had been realized in writing.
If the visitor or user does not have an e-mail address or enters an incorrect one or due to technical reasons cannot receive e-mail, the seller is not obliged to try to inform the user about the order or any other details related to the order, delivery, payment, refund. , complaint and the like.

PRICES

All prices shown in the web store are expressed in Croatian kuna for the end customer, including VAT and delivery costs for the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
SPECIAL PRICES are valid only at the time of the promotion. Postponement of sending or taking over products on sale is possible only if the products are paid in advance, either by payment to a transaction account or by card payment.
For uncollected shipments, resending or delivery is not possible at the same prices.

ORDER AND TIME OF CONCLUSION

Products are ordered by selecting, using the menu and filling out the electronic form. The customer can order and buy the product as a registered or as an unregistered user. The product is considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire ordering process or pays for the ordered product.

Payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:

  • By e-banking or general payment slip / bank transfer (payment details: SULIS LIFE, trade, at the address Rudeška cesta 150, 10000 Zagreb, IBAN: HR8924020061140371942)
  • cards online (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover)

Conversion statement (in case of purchase from abroad)
All payments will be made in Croatian Kuna. When charging with your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the cardholders' association.

The order is considered received:

  • In case of payment by credit card - at the moment when SULIS LIFE, the trade for trade receives a confirmation of pre-authorization of the customer's credit card on the amount of the order
  • In case of payment by e-banking, general payment and cash on delivery - at the moment when SULIS LIFE, the trade for electronic trade receives the order

At the time the order is received, the seller will notify the buyer electronically in the form of e-mail that the order has been received or that the product has been ordered.
In the case of payment by credit card, the contract is considered concluded at the moment when SULIS LIFE, a trade, receives confirmation of pre-authorization of the customer's card on the amount of the order.
After confirming the pre-authorization, SULIS LIFE, a trade, will notify the customer electronically in the form of an e-mail that the product has been purchased and that the product has been shipped.
In the case of payment by e-banking and general payment, the contract is considered concluded when SULIS LIFE, a trade, receives a confirmation that the payment is visible on the statement of the transaction account.
If the product is ordered, and e-banking or general payment is chosen as the method of payment, SULIS LIFE, a trade, undertakes to reserve the product in the warehouse for 3 working days, not including Saturday and Sunday. After the expiration of 3 working days from the receipt of the order, SULIS LIFE, trade for trade does not guarantee the availability of the product.
If the ordered product is not available in stock, the seller will inform the buyer that the product is not currently available and the period within which the product is available.
The ordered product, depending on whether it is available in stock, is delivered by the seller as soon as possible.

PAYMENT SECURITY STATEMENT


T-Com Pay Way applies the most modern standards in data protection - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm.
The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of data between the T-Com system and the authorization centers of card companies takes place in a private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer of "firewall".

DELIVERY BY DELIVERY SERVICE AND COSTS

We send the ordered items by the delivery service (GLS) as a package within 5 working days from the day of receipt of the order or payment (usually earlier). Exceptionally, due to the sale of an individual item, unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that the delivery takes a little longer than the specified deadline, of which you will be notified by e-mail.

Delivery is calculated according to the price list agreed with the courier service:

  • for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina - HRK 30,00
  • for other countries
  • Zone 1 (Slovenia, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia) - 120,00 kn
  • Zone 2 (Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Serbia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein) - 130,00 kn
  • Zone 3 (Romania, Italy, Bulgaria, Denmark, Great Britain and Ireland) - HRK 200,00
  • Zone 4 (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Greece, Finland, France and Turkey) - 220,00 kn
  • Zone 5 (Norway, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta, Vatican, San Marino, Monaco, Andorra, Gibraltar and others) 300,00 kn

For orders totaling more than HRK 180, DELIVERY IS FREE for the area of ​​Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for other countries, DELIVERY IS FREE for orders over HRK 750,00.

If the courier service changes the delivery price, the seller will clearly state the new price in the web store.
Delivery prices are included with VAT included.
Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the speed of delivery and possible complications related to the delivery itself caused by the delivery service.
If the customer is not at the delivery address when trying to deliver, the delivery service will leave a notice with the shipment number and instructions for further steps.
In the event that the buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, SULIS LIFE, a trade, has the right to deny the buyer the amount paid for the purchase price.
If the Buyer who has not received the goods, re-orders the goods through Sulis Life Web Shop, the seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order as well as the right to charge.
SULIS LIFE, a trade trade, reserves the right not to send orders with incorrect / incomplete contact information, as well as orders with e-mail / telephone to which no one responds.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

The transfer of ownership of the ordered goods occurs at the time of delivery of the shipment to the delivery service.
SULIS LIFE, a trade for trade, is not responsible in case the buyer did not enter the delivery address correctly, and for that reason the package did not arrive at the destination. SULIS LIFE, a trade for trade, is not responsible if you have not been notified of the change in the status of the order / shipment due to the settings of your e-mail service.
In case you are not present at the delivery address, it is your responsibility to pick up the package at the delivery service branch within the time period determined by the delivery service, or to arrange a new delivery if the hired delivery service allows such a choice.
If the package does not arrive within 3 working days of receiving notification that the shipment has been shipped, it is your duty to contact the engaged delivery service and check where the shipment is.
It is the Customer's duty to provide information on the delivery address and any additional details related to delivery (for example, additional descriptions of the delivery address if the destination is not completely clear from the address). In the absence of such information, the Seller will arrange the delivery of the goods in the best way, but then does not accept any responsibility regarding the delivery time and delivery risks.
When taking over the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the goods and refuse to take over the shipment. In this case, the shipment is returned to the seller, and a new shipment will be sent to the buyer.

MATERIAL DEFICIENCIES OF THE PRODUCT

SULIS LIFE, a trade for trade, is responsible for material defects of the products it sells on its website in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, especially the Law on Obligations.
The ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged by the usual handling in transport / delivery.
In the event that the shipment is damaged in transport, such damage is visible when picking up the shipment, in which case we suggest that the shipment is not picked up by the buyer. We ask customers to contact us so that we can check the condition of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.
In case of a visible lack of product when picking up the shipment, the buyer is not obliged to pick up the delivered product, may refuse receipt, and does not bear the cost of delivery of such a product. It is considered that the products that were duly received by the customer did not have a visible defect.
Upon receipt of the goods, the correctness of the order depends on the buyer, and the buyer is obliged to compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, he is obliged to send a written complaint to the Seller within eight (8) days because subsequent complaints will not be considered.
By refusing to receive, the delivery service will return the shipment to the Seller, noting that the shipment contains a defect. If the product has a hidden defect (the defect that could not be detected by the usual inspection when taking over the goods) which the buyer finds after opening the product - the buyer is entitled to unilateral termination of the contract and refund, replacement of the product, removal of the defect or price reduction.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

The buyer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the goods in the following cases:

  • Delivery of goods not ordered
  • Delivery of expired goods
  • Delivery of goods that have a defect or damage that did not occur during transport

The deadline for submitting a complaint is 8 days from the receipt of the package.

In case of a request for return of goods for justified reasons, the Buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the Seller by e-mail to info@sulislife.com, or by registered mail to the address: SULIS LIFE, trade, Rudeška cesta 150, 10000 Zagreb.
In order to determine as quickly as possible the specific order to which the customer has a complaint, customers are asked to indicate the order number, account number or their username in the complaint. SULIS LIFE, a trade for trade, will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay and the response under Article 10, paragraph 5. The Consumer Protection Act must be received within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In case of a justified complaint, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund or replacement for an undamaged and valid product.
SULIS LIFE, a trade, will accept the return of the delivered products at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any defect of the product. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new product is borne entirely by SULIS LIFE, a trade.
All goods we sell are properly stored in the original packaging. The shelf life indicated on the packaging is only valid if stored correctly, as indicated on the declaration. All products can vary in color, smell and consistency, depending on the crop.
WE DO NOT APPROVE RETURNS OF USED AND CORRECT PRODUCTS.

WRITTEN COMPLAINT OF THE CONSUMER

In case you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can file a complaint to SULIS LIFE, a trade company. In order to determine as quickly as possible the specific order to which you have an objection, state the order number, account number or your username in the objection. SULIS LIFE, a trade for trade, will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the answer according to the Law must reach you within 15 (fifteen) days from the day of receiving the complaint.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

By special regulations of the European Union, from 15.02.2016. EU-wide disputes over online shopping will be resolved through an ODR platform that you can access here.
This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to replace the product, etc.) you can file your complaint in a faster and easier way at the link above. The platform can be used by both consumers and traders, and complaints can be lodged in any of the 23 official EU languages.

PRODUCT DATA

Photographs of products are illustrative in nature and do not always correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order. The seller especially points out that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo does not have to match the appearance of the product in reality, especially considering the monitor settings on the customer's computer, differences in color perception as the customer sees them on the screen and the like.
In the case of the above discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product, there is no shortage of product.
Product data (product description, price, etc.) displayed on the seller's web shop are subject to bugs, irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. In case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the product data displayed on the web shop seller reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

PRODUCT DEFICIENCIES

The seller is not liable to the buyer or recipient for minor scratches on products and damage to packaging that occurred as a result of delivery of goods through the delivery service, if scratches or damage to packaging and other minor defects do not affect the basic properties and usability of the product.
